Conference Record Side-Bet: At the end of the season we look at the conference record of NFC vs AFC and whichever conference loses has to pay a portion of the other conferences entry fee next season. Could be something small like increase loser conference fee by $5 and decrease the winning conference by $5. Just a fun side bet and a bragging rights for the better conference that season.

I like this idea. Likely need to keep the amount small like the $5 that was suggested. Especially with there generally being a few new owners each season too
