IR Start Date

IR (Injured Reserve) should not start until after our Free Agency Signing Period. That way guys can’t IR players during the auction in order to gain another roster slot. Also, they couldn't bid on an injured player and immediately put him on IR versus one of their roster spots.

I don't really see the need for this. Having players injured longterm and placed on the IR is a disadvantage. I don't see a need to restrict a team with that injured player from placing that injured player on the IR in order to add another player.
