You must have the cap dollars available before the trade is accepted and processed because the trade dollars are apart of the trade. In this case, you can't say we'll JAX will have the money available when AB comes off his cap because that is dependent on the trade processing first. Teams must have the salary money available pre-trade if it is a condition of the trade offer. Both teams were notified of this.
