2 Years Between Votes on Repeat Items

We should wait at least 2 years before a repeat item can be submitted and voted on again in these meetings.

I actually like this rule. I think if something drastic needed changing we could obviously vote as a league to open that topic up. But this would limit the number of items in each offseason meetings. Haven’t even looked at half at this point would be obnoxious for us to keep revisiting the same topic every year.

I'd tend to agree with the Bills here. We've got a ton of items up for review this offseason already. If we decide against something, we'd just be wasting our time to review it again the following season. I'd be fine with needing to wait 2 season to review again if already voted down.

Agree with jets here. We should be able to discuss / rediscuss annually to allow for flexibility. One way to deter repeat topics could be if we vote no on back to back years, then it gets a one year hiatus.

I agree with the Jets, for example, let's say something gets shot down this year, but when the new NFL CBA begins, it might make sense to revisit the topic in our league and approve it at that time.
