Discussions on Late Topics

After much thought and hearing the concerns from other managers in the league I decided that we should not put any topics on a ballot for voting without first putting it on the forums for discussion so teams can post their likes and dislikes on the measure. Also, we can make sure anyone who might have questions about it can ask and get those questions answered. So I have locked all of the old topics and added the new ones. We will leave them open until May 6th that is one week. Then we will close the discussions, add these to a new ballot and vote on them again. That way we can say ALL topics went through the same process. A discussion on forums and then a vote. So please read over all of the topics that are unlocked and ask questions if you have any. Share any opinions or ideas on the topic that you have.

In the futute we will have a strict deadline on submitting topics for discussion and after that deadline no new ones will be allowed.
