Drafts picks two years out should only be allowed to trade during the draft and not during the playing season. So for instance, in the 2020 Draft you can trade your 2020, 2021, and 2022 picks to move around in the draft, but once the draft concludes only your draft picks for the next season (2021) are available for in-season trading. Too many times we see trades (especially at the trade deadline) for 2 years out draft picks that don’t really make sense and they are hard to evaluate because they are so far out. We should only be allowed to leverage these two years out picks in the draft.

Agreed. I'd actually like to shorten it overall. But rules are rules

Disagree. I like the flexibility of trading draft picks 2 seasons out. We've all given a $50 deposit in this league haven't we? Isn't the reason for the deposit so that we can trade future draft picks knowing we'll lose the deposit if we leave the league and our team is in bad shape for the future?
I'm very much in favour of requiring a deposit for all teams and allowing future draft picks to be traded. ANd the deposit should be kept to discount the team for a new owner if the future picks have been traded from a team with an owner that doesn't return.

Opposed. Keep pick trade flexibility as is.
